  2. Provide Your CitrusBurn Order Information: Include your order number, full name, and email address associated with your CitrusBurn account.
  3. Return the CitrusBurn Product: Ship the CitrusBurn bottles (even if empty) to the return address provided by our support team. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive the returned CitrusBurn product, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Refund Conditions

  • CitrusBurn refund requests must be made within 60 days of the original purchase date
  • The returned CitrusBurn product must include all bottles from the original order (empty bottles are accepted)
  • Only one CitrusBurn refund per customer per household
  • Shipping costs for returning CitrusBurn are the responsibility of the customer
  • Refunds are issued to the original CitrusBurn payment method only
  • CitrusBurn refunds do not cover the original shipping cost if applicable

Damaged or Defective CitrusBurn Products

If you receive a damaged or defective CitrusBurn product, please contact us immediately at support@citrusburn.com. CitrusBurn will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges. Please include photos of the damaged CitrusBurn product for our records.
