If you do not receive your tracking information within 48 hours of ordering CitrusBurn, please contact our support team.

CitrusBurn orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding US holidays). Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are typically shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be shipped the next business day.

During peak periods such as holidays or promotional events, CitrusBurn order processing may take an additional 1-2 business days.

Lost or Damaged CitrusBurn Shipments
