CitrusBurn Order Tracking
Once your CitrusBurn order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to track your package in real-time. You can use this tracking number on the USPS or FedEx website to monitor the delivery status of your CitrusBurn order. If you do not receive your tracking information within 48 hours of ordering CitrusBurn, please contact our support team.
CitrusBurn Order Processing
CitrusBurn orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding US holidays). Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are typically shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be shipped the next business day.
During peak periods such as holidays or promotional events, CitrusBurn order processing may take an additional 1-2 business days.
Lost or Damaged CitrusBurn Shipments
If your CitrusBurn order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@citrusburn.com. We will either reship your CitrusBurn order at no additional cost or issue a full refund. Please report any CitrusBurn shipping issues within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
